Hydraulic Power Units

The main aim while designing our system is to use the minimum power without affecting the performance! This we strive to achieve by better hydraulic cct design using variable pressure compensated or load sensing or closed loop pumps . For low pressure applications we insist on a variable vane pump and for high pressure systems we use axial piston pumps.

Close loop hydrostatic pumps are mainly used by us on mobile systems like dredgers, paint marking machines etc.

We have been appointed as Master Distributors for India by a British company named "The Water Hydraulics Co.Ltd." They manufacture components and systems working on pure tap water! The operating pressures are as high as 160 bar. So we can now offer you a hydraulic power unit / components working on simple water. The main advantages of these systems are, eco friendliness, safety against fire, small size of the components due to low viscosity, no storage cost, no transportation cost, easy availability. All the components like pumps, valves, tanks, manifolds, pipes fittings are made from stainless steel.
